Ripple continues to hold 1 billion XRP from its scheduled October 1 escrow unlock, with the funds remaining idle in two company wallets for 26 consecutive days. On-chain data reviewed on October 27 showed that neither wallet, publicly labeled by XRPScan as Ripple 10 and Ripple 11, has recorded any outbound movements since the initial deposit. The October 1 escrow release involved four separate contracts, freeing a total of 1 billion XRP. These tokens were divided evenly between the Ripple 10 and Ripple 11 addresses, each receiving 500 million XRP. Market monitors, including Yahoo Finance, have tracked both wallets throughout the month, confirming that all unlocked XRP is still held in these accounts. This period of inactivity is significant for traders watching XRP’s liquid supply.
